Reservations
Our wonderful location is limited to 4 guests, at the most. This can be all adults or adults with children. More than 4 guests will result in the cancelation of your reservation.
No Parties or Events of Any Kind
Additional charges will apply for clean up and damaged items. Events include gatherings of people beyond the total number of guests on the reservation.
No Pets
No Smoking
No smoking on the premises; inside of house or inside of screened patio.
FREE Parking
You can park on the street (grass area) on the side of the house for FREE.
Only Flush
Toilet paper
Do NOT Flush
Wipes, paper towels, tissues, feminine products. Not even if it says flushable. Please throw away everything in the trash can. Sensitive pipes just like in Cuba. Fees may apply if a plumber is needed to unclog toilets.
Please throw all paper items in garbage can.
Trash Removal
Please throw the trash out in the green garbage can located outside the screen enclosure.

Swimming Pool
Enjoy the NEWLY refinished pool 24hours a day. Keep in mind the pool cleaner arrives weekly on Wednesday. NO diving, swim at your own risk.
Patio
Enjoy the patio and furniture. The patio lights are on a timer and turn on at 7:00 pm every night and turn off at 11 pm. Do not remove any furniture from patio.
Beach Towels
4 beach towels and chairs are provided and can be found in the bedroom closet.
