House Rules

No Parties or Events of Any Kind
Additional charges will apply for clean up and damaged items. Events include gatherings of people beyond the total number of guests on the reservation.
No Pets
No Smoking
No smoking on the premises; inside of house or inside of screened patio.
FREE Parking
You can park in the driveway or on the street (grass area) on the side of the house for FREE. NO parking on the grass.
Washer & Dryer
The washer and dryer can ONLY be used every 3 days during your stay.
Only Flush
Toilet paper
Do NOT Flush
Wipes, paper towels, tissues, feminine products. Not even if it says flushable. Please throw away everything in the trash can. Sensitive pipes just like in Cuba. Fees may apply if a plumber is needed to unclog toilets.
Please throw all paper items in garbage can.
Trash Removal
Please throw the trash out in the green garbage can located in the front yard by the mailbox. If you would like the garbage can closer, you can move it to the back patio by accessing the door to the back yard on the side of the house.
The garbage pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Place all garbage by the mailbox.
Do Not Use Fireplace
Garage
The garage is not available for use. Please keep the garage door closed at all times. The boxes by the storage shed are not available for use.
Storage Shed
The storage shed not accessible to guests. Please do not move stored items between the storage shed and the garage door.

Kitchen trash can liners are located below the sink.
Swimming Pool
Enjoy the NEWLY refinished pool 24hours a day. Keep in mind the pool cleaner arrives weekly either on Monday or Wednesday. NO diving, swim at your own risk.
Patio
Enjoy the patio and furniture. The patio lights are on a timer and turn on at 8:30 pm every night and turn off at 12 am (midnight). Do not remove any furniture from patio.
Beach Towels
9 beach towels are provided and can be found in the master bedroom closet. Beach chairs are also provided and can be found in the garage inside a plastic container. There are 8 chairs in total.
